Grant Writing

Found a grant that could help your organisation, but not sure how to turn your project into a grant application?

Grant applications can be time-consuming and it is not always easy to know what to include, how to answer the questions or what information the funder is looking for. Junee Community Network can help you work through the process and present your project clearly.

You can get help with as much, or as little, of the application as you need:

  • reviewing your proposed project and its fit with the grant
  • reviewing an application you have prepared
  • proofreading and making minor edits
  • developing the project budget
  • developing the project and supporting information
  • writing the complete grant application

Whether you want a second pair of eyes before you submit or need someone to take care of the application from start to finish, we can help.

Fees may apply.

Project Management

Got a funded project to deliver but need someone to help keep everything moving?

Winning the grant is only the beginning. Once funding is approved, there can be plenty to organise — suppliers, contractors, volunteers, staff, purchases, timelines, budgets and reporting requirements.

Junee Community Network can provide practical project management support to help keep your project on schedule, within budget and moving towards completion. We can liaise with contractors, volunteers, staff and, where required, the grant funder.

We can help coordinate the practical details, keep track of what needs to happen and identify issues that need attention before they hold up the project.

That means your committee can concentrate on running its organisation while someone keeps an eye on the practical details of getting the project completed.

Fees may apply.

Grant Acquittals & Reporting

Received a grant? Start preparing for the acquittal as soon as you find out your application has been successful.

A grant acquittal is the process of reporting to the funder on how the money was spent and what your project achieved. Depending on the grant, you may need invoices, financial records, photographs, project outcomes and other supporting information.

Junee Community Network can help you understand what will be required, set up your record keeping, keep track of supporting documents, and assist you to prepare your acquittal or final report.

Your organisation remains responsible for reviewing and approving the information before it is submitted to the funder.

Getting organised early makes the final acquittal much easier and helps ensure you meet the requirements of your funding agreement.

Fees may apply.

Shared Community Resources

Not every community organisation needs to own everything it uses.

Junee Community Network helps connect not-for-profit community groups and sporting clubs with resources that can be shared or hired, helping organisations access what they need while making better use of resources already available within the community.

Resources can include tables and chairs, marquees, catering equipment, IT equipment, portable PA systems, sporting equipment, venues and volunteers who can help with a particular event or activity.
